REGISTRATION FACTS 2016-2017
Breakfast Program begins
7:00 AM Monday – Friday
After School Program available until 7:00 PM
1. Birth Certificate
2. Baptismal Certificate if child has been baptized. Communion/Reconciliation Certificates if child has received these sacraments and is applying for an older grade.
3. Immunization Records. No child will be registered without these documents. Please do not ask for an exception.
4. Social Security Card.
5. Report Card from previous school if child is applying for an older grade. This must be presented at time of registration. A Xerox copy will not be accepted.
PRE-K Classes are open for 3 or 4-year-old children. All children must be toilet trained! Registration and September 2016 Tuition is due on the day the child is registered.

September 2015 Tuition – $475.00
Total Due – $600.00
No PRE-K money will be refunded!
All children must be present during registration.
$475.00 per month, no family plan available;
$175.00 General Fees due November 1, 2016;
$100.00 Internet Access Fee (due February 15th, 2017)
$350.00 Fund Raising – This maybe done by selling candy bars, or by participating in the Christmas or Easter Sales. The Fund Raising requirement may be paid by a cash payment of $175.00 and NO fund raising will be necessary. This is due by April 15, 2017.
TUITION AND FEES MUST BE PAID ON THE DAY OF REGISTRATION.
