Animal Husbandry:
Students are exposed to an animal friendly atmosphere that encourages healthy learning interaction between students and animals. This program includes one macaw, an array of tropical and non-tropical fish, three cockatoos, 23 red ear slider turtles, parakeets, canaries, finches, cockatiels, 6 Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches, 1 African Fat-Tailed Gecko, 2 Cane Toads, 1 Guinea Pig, 1 Corn Snake, 2 Bearded Dragons, and Superworms.
Regents Living Environment Classroom:
Students from grades 4- 8 work with Mr. Woods observing, studying and practicing for the Living Environment Regents in this state of the art classroom, equipt with i-pads and various scientific materials.
Science Classroom
This room allows students to learn hands-on through different science experiments. It also holds the science equipment needed for various science and environmental learning experiences.
Ipads, Smart boards, and Smart Tvs:
There are Smart boards in 100% of our classroom. These are integrated with Ipad and used during math class to enhance the learning experience.

What started out as an After School Program activity has now taken on a life of its own. The music program allows the students of Our Lady Queen of Martyrs to express their creativity in ways that would not otherwise be possible.
As you walk the hallways and observe the childrens artwork, the faint sounds of drums and tambourines fill the air. Alma Micic, a Jazz musician and vocal instructor, works with the students of all grades. Mrs. Alma, as she is fondly referred to, guides the students natural enthusiasm for music and movement into a rich, positive learning experience for the students. She works with the homeroom teachers to enrich their daily lessons. During the holidays, she provides creative support for the Christmas and spring shows Christian Values
